        The Election Commission of India has fixed the Legislative Committee Room in the Secretariat Main Building as the venue for the Presidential election, to be held on 19 July.

        The election will be held between 10 am and 5 pm. M Selvaraj, Secretary, Legislative Assembly, will be Assistant Returning Officer and Presiding Officer for the election, an official press release said.
