        In a freak accident, a tragedy struck an elderly man after a youth fell on him from the fourth floor of a building killing the latter on the spot. The incident was reported at Mint, here, yesterday.

        Police said Ravi (24) was speaking over a mobile phone while sitting on a parapet wall. He lost balance, fell and landed on a 60-year-old man who was walking on the road. The identity of the deceased is yet to be ascertained. Meanwhile, a critically injured Ravi was taken to a private hospital. Local police have registered a case and are investigating. The elderly man's body has been sent to Stanley Medical College Hospital.
