        A businessman, who was arrested for selling pirated porn and film VCDs was detained under the Goondas Act yesterday.

        According to a press release, the Central Crime Branch police arrested Majith alias underground Majith (28) of Tondiarpet for selling pirated VCDs worth Rs 17 lakh last month.

        Following a complaint, his shop at Burma Bazaar was raided and as many as 2,230 DVDs were seized.
