LifeCell, a company into stem cell research, has appointed P S Pai as its chairman.         Pai an alumnus of IIT Madras holds a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering and brings with him more than four decades of experience in senior levels of management. With the induction of Pai, the strength of LifeCell Board moved up to six.         Welcoming Pai to the Board, Abhaya Kumar, vice chairman, said, 'LifeCell has always looked for professionals with proven merit and laudable vision to lead the Board. The assumption of office by Pai is a milestone at this juncture in LifeCell's journey. He will add a new dimension to our initiatives and guide us in improving the quality of life of mankind.'
