        In a bizarre incident, a small bridge like structure connecting the two administrative offices at Chennai Airport suddenly came crashing down and about 20 labourers working on site were injured.

        The four-storeyed administrative office building which is already in operations was not sufficient and thus another four-storeyed building was constructed adjacent to it. Yesterday, the two buildings were linked by a 30-feet bridge but due to lack of support from the base, the bridge gave way and fell. 20 labourers were injured.

        However, according to the builder, only two persons were injured. No police complaint has been filed so far.
