A book which would serve as a guide for better life and also help provide a vision for a better future was released at a function in Chennai on Sunday. The book Ennai Naan Thedugiraen (I am searching for myself) penned by 'Aavi' Amudha was released by industrialist Nalli Kuppuswamy Chetti. Its first copy was received by actress Radhika Sarathkumar in the presence of Justice S Jagadeesan.
Speaking on the occasion, Jagadeesan said the book would act as a guide for a better life and one should take the meaning present in the book on a positive note. He also said the main objective of the book was on how to control the mind and the writer had said that it in a simple way.
Radhika, in her felicitation address, expressed hope that the book would be a guide for all ages. She said the author had conveyed the message in an acceptable way. Recalling on how the book induced interest in her daughter, Radhika said the simple language was suitable to one and all.
In her acceptance speech, Amudha thanked the Brahma Gana Sabha for backing her and she also thanked former Doordarshan director A Natarajan for editing the book. Nalli Kuppuswamy Chetti and proprietor of Sri Krishna Sweets M Murali also spoke. Earlier, Carnatic vocalist Gayathri Gireesh and troupe staged a musical concert.
