The wife of forest brigand Veerappan, Muthulakshmi today pleaded for a ban on a TV serial based on his life and times, to be aired on a private channel, citing her children's future.
Talking to reporters here, she said that the directors of the serial Gauthaman and Tamilkumaran, son of politician, G K Mani approached her five months back seeking information pertaining to the TV serial.
She alleged that the duo recorded the conversation between them without her consent.
Muthulakshmi said that she would approach the Madras High court to slap a ban on the serial.
She said that until she was
cleared of all the legal cases, the serial should not be aired.
