Chennai, May 17:
The State government has asked the school headmasters to issue the transfer certificates without mentioning the blood groups for the students who have completed Plus Two.
It may be noted that the government had brought an G.O on 24 January 2004 stating that the schools have to mention the blood group of students in the transfer certificates.
However, due to early publication of Plus Two results this year, schools did not have enough time to mention the blood group.
Hence, headmasters have been
asked not to mention blood group particulars in the transfer certificates
to be issued to students along with marksheets on 25 May, an official press
release said.
