        The Tamilnadu Athletic Association, along with its Kanyakumari unit and Rotary Club (Nagercoil South), is hosting the 'Kanyakumari mini marathon' at Kanyakumari on 24 February.

        The men's run starts from Gandhi Mandapam while the women's and the junior boys and girls (under-18) events will start at 4.30 p.m. at Suchindram.

        For the under-14 boys and girls, the mini marathon will start at Edalakudi. At the prize distribution (cash award up to 10th position for men and women, up to 25th for boys and girls under-18 and up to 100th for under-14), the Doha Asian Games medallists will also be honoured.
