        The ConSELLtant, specialising in sales training programme will conduct a two-day training workshop on 'Retail in Detail' at its training centre, Nungambakkam from 8 May.

        According to a press release, the workshop will cover each step of the retail sales process and crucial customer service skills in detail. The workshop would be useful for all retail sales / counter, customer service and shop floor staff, supervisors / team leaders and their managers.

        The course fee is Rs 3,250 per participant which includes course material, lunch and refreshments. The last date for registrations is 2 May.
