Aditya Patel, Vishnu share honors

        Local lad Aditya Patel has been in roaring form this season. He was at his best in the penultimate round of the JK Tyre Rotax Mojo Max Karting at Kari Motor Speedway, Coimbatore, yesterday. He drove a good race to post a win in the senior category.
       Right from the qualifying rounds Aditya held sway and it was no surprise to see him emerge a clear winner.

        Pune lad Rayomand finished second while championship leader Ameya Walavalkar had to be content with a third place finish.

        Chennai lad Vishnu Prasad was in full command as he came up with a superlative effort to register a comprehensive win in the 20-lap race for the junior category. Although Vishnu was in the lead throughout the race he did face challenges from Parth Ghorpade and Karan Goenka.

        Karan Goenka finished second while Parth Ghorpade had to settle for third place.

        Shashank Shankar of Chennai reigned supreme in the Mini Max category with an extremely comfortable win.

        Dhruv Mohite and Suriya Raghuraman finished second and third respectively.

        Earlier in the pre-finals Aditya Patel topped the 18-lap race with an overall timing of 12:54:427. Vishnu Prasad dominated the 15-lap race in the junior class with a timing of 10:42:046, said a press release here.
