        T K Vishwanath of Team Yamaha and K Rajini of Team TVS hogged the limelight in round four of the Ucal Rolon National Racing Championship 2007 held at the Kari Motor Speedway, Coimbatore, yesterday.

In the Experts Group C 2-stroke 110 to 150 cc, Vishwanath set the track ablaze as he came up with stunning performances in both the races. It was total domination by the Bangalore racer as he swept past the competition.         Preetham Dev Moses of Team TVS finished second in both the races. There was no third place finish in race one as the others could not complete the full race due to technical reasons, In race two, it was Sriskandarajah of Team Yamaha, who finished third.         The Group D 4-stroke 80 to 125 cc, the first race saw pole-sitter Ashwin Sundar of Team Yamaha involved in a three-way tussle with the duo from Team TVS — Harry Sylvester and Preetham Dev Moses. Ashwin held on to a slender lead from the start till end to finish on top. Finishing a close second and third were Harry and Preetham respectively. Misfortune struck Ashwin in race two when in an attempt to avoid the stalled vehicle of Preetham, he swerved and fell off his vehicle, hurting himself in the process. Seizing the opportunity, Harry Sylvester emerged winner. Sriskandarajah of Team Yamaha finished second followed by P Karthick of Team TVS.

        Harry Sylvester won the first race in the Group D 4-stroke 125 to 160 cc category ahead of Karthick. Finishing in third place was P Rajini. It was a clean sweep for Team TVS in race two with K Rajini, Harry Sylvester and P Karthick finishing one to three in that order.

        K Rajini of Team TVS was in top form in the Group B 4-stroke 110 to 160 cc, winning both races. Finishing second and third in both races were team mates Preetham Dev Moses and P Karthick.

        In the novice category, Rohit Giri and R Bala Krishnan shared honours winning one race each in Group D 2-stroke 110 to 150 cc category. In the Group D 4-stroke 80 to 125 cc class, R Thamu was the winner in race one while S Shankar triumphed in the second race. In the 125 to 160 cc class of the same group it was a double for S Shankar.

        R Karthikeyan triumphed in the moped category followed by V Suresh and R G Gopal.
