        AIADMK general secretary J Jayalalithaa today said an agitation would be conducted tomorrow at Koundampalayam near Coimbatore to condemn the DMK government for not implementing the consolidated water supply scheme proposed during the AIADMK regime.

        In a statement here, Jayalalithaa said tenders were called for 'Koundampalayam - Vadavalli Consolidated Water Scheme' during her regime to fulfill the needs of people living in the place.

        Stating that the DMK government, which came to power later had not implemented the scheme, Jayalalithaa said a massive agitation would be conducted by the party in which propaganda secretary Edappadi K Palanisamy and other office bearers would participate.
