        Need for unity, establishing comprehensive network and contributions made by the Jain community were discussed at length at the inauguration of the Jain International Trade Organisation (JITO)-Chennai chapter here on Sunday.

        Speaking on the occasion, the only Member of the Parliament from the Jain community Pushp Jain highlighted the need for unity in the community.

        Chairman of Polaris Software Labs Ltd Arun Jain, who focused on 'learning process', said it was a very intensive activity which, he said, was one of the successes of the Jain community.

        'We, Jains, are well acknowledged world-wide by way of expressing humbleness and simplicity in our behaviour', he added.

        JITO president Hemant M Shah spoke on the blueprint envisaged for JITO in the years ahead and installed JITO's Chennai chapter chairman Suresh Mutha and secretary-general Girish M Jain.
