        He started his career as radio jockey in 2003 and has come a long way in successfully establishing himself in the industry.

        Known for his spontaneity and quick wits, the transition has been smooth for him from 'Blade' Dheena to 'Speed' Dheena.

        BIG FM, available on the frequency-92.7 has aptly chosen a 92.7 hour marathon featuring him. 'Speed' Dheena, who hosts the BIG Vannakkam 92.7 FM, is all set to attempt a unique record breaking feat.

        He hosts a marathon show which will last for 92 hours and 7 minutes. It began on 20 August (Monday) at 3 pm and would end on 24 August at 11.07 am.

        Speaking to News Today, Dheena said,' I am really excited about my new attempt. Thanks to my team in BIG FM, I am ready to go on with this record breaking attempt. The blessings of my parents and the support of my viewers will surely help me become a winner.'

        Shruthi Haasan, daughter of veteran actor Kamal Haasan graced the occasion and was the guest for the first one hour of the marathon show.
