State Governor Surjit Singh Barnala along with special children on the occasion of Children's Day celebration at Raj Bhavan yesterday organised by Tamilnadu Social Welfare Board.

        Tamilnadu Social Welfare board organised a children's carnival at Raj Bhavan yesterday. More than 300 special children from 21 voluntary organisations in the age group of 3 to 5 years participated in the carnival.

        According to a press release, children exhibited their talents through different programmes. Surjit Singh Barnala, Governor of Tamilnadu witnessed the programmes and congratulated the children for their wonderful performance.

        Also present on the occasion were S K Prasad,Joint Secretary, Tamilnadu Social Welfare Board, C K Gariyali, Principal Secretary to Governor.
