        US-based ExcelaCom Technologies has opened its IT hub at the Siruseri Park recently.

        The company had completed phase one spread over three acres of land with one lakh sq ft of building space having six floors. Phase two is expected to be completed by 2009. Announcing this at a press conference recently, Majid Naderkhani, chairman, ExcelaCom group, said India hub would provide services and solutions to their clients worldwide to enable effective utilisation of technology and the global delivery for a competitive advantage. 'We are confident of becoming a successful player in a highly competitive market like North America, Europe and Asia,' he said.

        ExcelaCom Tech has more than 300 IT professionals and has plans to double its headcount by 2008. The company is growing at a double digit each year in terms of manpower and revenue.

        ExcelaCom has offices in multiple locations including development centers in Atlanta, Reston VA, Los Angeles, Frankfurt and Chennai.
