        A special police team which is probing into polygamist Liyakath Ali Khan's case has taken him to Tiruchi for intensive interrogation today.

        It may be noted that Khan was taken into four days police custody for preliminary interrogations.

        Following this, a police team headed by Deputy Commissioner Sampath Kumar raided the internet parlours owned by Khan at Palakkarai to seize the pornography films recorded by him.

        They also interrogated the woman with whom Khan had proposed before his arrest.

        The team also grilled the owner of a travel agency from where the accused used to book tickets.

        The police is expected to take Khan to Marthandam in Nagercoil district for further interrogations.
