        The Thiruvallur District Cricket Association (TDCA) will conduct an umpires seminar and refresher course (for umpires in the district) at its premises tomorrow.

        According to a press release here, there would be two sessions - Technical and presentation of papers. K Murali, who has umpired in international matches will head the seminar, which will be held at the TDCA office at No. 212, MTH Road, Ambattur.
