        The third round of Gulf Dirt Track National Championship for two-wheelers will be held at Nagpur 9 September.

        The championship being held in association with Mumbai's Sportscraft, who will be responsible for the conduct of the event, is a five-leg event, a press release here said.

        The prize money on offer for the overall champions is Rs 2.5 lakh, while the winners of each zonal round will vie for a prize pool of Rs 85,000. The previous two rounds were held at Bhopal and Coimbatore. Leading the challenge in Nagpur will be Pramod Joshua, Arvind K P and Rustom Patel. They respectively lead their classes for Indian Expert and Foreign Motorcycles.

        The last date for standard entries is 3 September till 5 p.m and for late entries is 5 September till 1 p.m.
