According to a press release, the total revenues were Rs 144.3 crore; down 1.2 per cent when compared to the corresponding period previous year. EBITDA margins stood at 10.9 per cent for the quarter; increase of 80 bps when compared to last year. Net profit for the quarter after minority interest stands at Rs 5.4 crore, an uptick of 6.3 per cent. Commenting on the results, Nitin Shah, chairman and managing director said, 'We have had a stable quarter with revenues coming in at almost the same level as the previous quarter. This was on expected lines given that the company is in the process of realigning its business processes to be future ready. The highlight of the quarter was the margin improvement both at the operating and the net level.' |
