Movies targeting youngsters have had hardly failed to click. Yuvan Yuvathi is one such film, starring Bharath and Mollywood girl Reema Kallingal in lead roles.

Directed by Ninaithale Inikkum fame G N Kumaravelan, the film has Santhanam to provide enough dosage of comedy. Sampath Raj plays Bharath's father in the film.

Bharath is brimming with hope. He says, 'It is a beautiful script.' Yuvan Yuvathi is about the love and affection shared by father and son. Also there is romance and comedy (thanks to Santhanam) in it, he adds.

Throwing more light, he says, 'The film is about a village-centric father and a city-slicker son. They fail to understand each other and interesting conflicts between them would impress the audience.'

The music is scored by Vijay Antony. The story and dialogues are by S Ramakrishnan. Produced by V Ramadoss for Ram Pictures, the movie would be released on 26 August.

The director says, 'the film has a very interesting theme about love and life. Even while shooting we had many interesting incidents happening. At Seychelles. Bharat had to stand in the sea waters and scream. When he was brought down to the waters with a chopper we did not know the depth of the sea at that point as we thought it would be very less, but actually the depth was more than100 feet'.

'Bharath was screaming but we thought he was doing the scene and we continued our shoot and only later we came to know that he was screaming in real fearing the depth. But the shot came very well', he adds.
