        Ramesh, son of veteran producer R B Choudhary, made his debut in the hands of Vincent Selvah in Jithan.

        The movie did a average business at the box office and he had offers coming his way. He is hopeful that his next release Puli Varudhu will help him find a permanent place in the industry.

        Producer ELK Antony, who churned out Manadhodu Mazhaikalam last year, is producing Puli Varudhu.

        Acting opposite Ramesh is Mallika Kapoor, who had made her presence felt in Azhagai Irukkirai Bayamai Irukiradhu and Vaathiyar before.

        The movie has a huge star cast which includes Karunaas, Manivannan, Saranya, and Kuyili among others. Srikanth Deva is scoring music for the movie.

        Directing the movie is debutant G V Kumar. He has worked with the likes of Dharani, Maharajan, and Vincent Selvah before.

        It is a hilarious entertainer. 'The movie is set around events that occur in a wedding in a rural village,' says Kumar.

        Ramesh's Madurai Veeran is ready to hit the screens while plans are on to do a movie for Ameer.
