There are reports doing rounds that actor Dhanush wants to remake Rajinikanth-starrer Netrikann, as it is one of his favourite films of all time. Netrikann, directed by SP Muthraman was produced by K Balachander under his home banner Kavithalaya Productions. The film, which had Rajinikanth in two roles, follows the story of a son trying to get his womaniser dad change his behaviour.
