Chennai: Air India is starting two direct flights, an international and a domestic, connecting Bengaluru to Bangkok and Bhubaneshwar from 17 October a release stated.
The two non-stop flights, to be operated by the Airbus 320neo aircraft with two class configuration will fulfill a long standing demand of passengers for a convenient connection to both Bangkok and Bhubaneshwar from Bengaluru, Air India said in a statement.
Flight AI 338 from Bengaluru to Bangkok will be operated four days a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. It will leave Bengaluru at 14.10 hrs to arrive in Bangkok at 20.05 hrs and the flight AI 339 will leave Bangkok at 05.45 hrs to reach Bengaluru at 07.15 hrs.
Flight AI 738 will also operate on four days a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. It takes off from Bengaluru at 08.15 hrs to reach Bhubaneshwar at 10.40 hrs and on the return AI 739 will depart from Bhubaneshwar at 11.20 hrs to arrive in Bengaluru at 13.15 hrs.
