Udayamperoor (KL): IndianOil Cochin bottling plant has received ISO Certifications – ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and ISO 50001 for energy management system, environment management and health and safety standards, a release said.
MP K V Thomas unveiled the ISO plaques and handed over the certificates to Deputy General Manager (Plant), Indane Bottling Plant Cochin, T D Sabu, in the presence of Dy Chief Controller of Explosives, Ernakulam, R Venugopal, State Head and Chief GM, IndianOil Kerala, P S Mony, GM (LPG), IndianOil Kerala, C N Rajendrakumar, and GM (Corporate Communications), IndianOil Southern Region, Sabitha Natraj.
“IndianOil has been playing an important role in providing fuel to the public. I am happy to see the safety procedures in this plant today and the high end emergency response vehicle (ERV) is a value addition,” said MP K V Thomas.
A release stated that IndianOil, Kerala is the only institution to provide modern ERVs in 100% geographical spread of any state in the country. IndianOil’s three ERVs cover Southern, Central and Northern Kerala.
