UP man held for hoax bomb threat call to TN Express train


Chennai: A youth from Uttar Pradesh has been arrested here for making a hoax bomb call to the Chennai-Delhi Tamilnadu Express train.

According to reports, Imran of Uttar Pradesh, staying in a lodge at Periamet, is said to have made a bomb threat call to the express train.

The Chennai police swung into action and arrested Imran. He is said to have told the police that he made the hoax call when he was drunk.

The long-distance train is popular among people travelling from Chennai to New Delhi.
