Vikram ready for ‘Mahavir Karna’

Chennai: Vikram’s will be playing the title role Mahavir Karna, a trilingual being shot simultaneously in Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi. The movie went on floors in Thiruvananthapuram’s Sree Padmanabaswamy Temple with actors Suresh Gopi and Unnikrishnan taking part.

Vikram will join the sets of Mahavir Karna after completing Kadaram Kondan. Mahavir Karna is Vikram’s costliest film in his career. Directed by R S Vimal, who made the film Ennu Ninte Moideen, the cast and crew of the film will be announced by the makers soon.

The film is all set to start rolling from January and will release in the first half of 2020. Vikram also awaits the release of his spy-thriller Dhruva Natchathiram directed by Gautham Menon.
