Prince of Arcot conveys birthday greetings to ‘News Today’

Chennai: On the occasion of News Today entering its 37th year today, Prince of Arcot, Nawab Mohammad Abdul Ali, extended his ‘warm and hearty congratulations’.

He said News Today publishes a variety of national and international news, without fear or favour, and above all, it is an unbiased in their coverage of news.

“That is its great strength in their successful completion of their 36 years of esteemed existence,” he said.

He went on to say, “Let us remember its Founder Editor, late Mr T R Ramaswami, for his vision to establish NEWS TODAY in this part of the country.”

Speaking about the present-day establishment, he said, “The mantle of its responsibility has fallen on his illustrious son, Editor, Mr T R Jawahar, who has rich experience in journalism to deal with men and matters, under perfect grooming by his lamented father, TRR.”
