Chennai: Nidhish Rajagopal’s century wasn’t enough for Tamilnadu to avoid follow-on against Mumbai in the Cooch Behar Trophy (Under-19) Elite Group A match at the Sachin Tendulkar Gymkhana in Mumbai.
Nidhish Rajagopal struck 141 in the first innings for Tamilnadu but they were all-out for 308, trailing behind by 204 runs. Mumbai had scored 512 for nine in its first innings before declaring. In the second innings TN batsmen were once again troubled by the Mumbai bowlers as they were reduced for 177, losing five wickets. Praful Devakarte took three wickets.
