Duty of citizens to keep State clean, says TN Governor

Sivaganga: Tamilnadu Governor Banwarilal Purohit, who was participating in a programme to clean a bus stand area as part of the Swachh Bharat initiative in Sivaganga on Friday, said it was the duty of all citizens to keep the cities and towns in the state clean.

Urging students in the town to come forward for the cause, he said Sivaganga is named after Lord Shiva and the holy river Ganga and so it was the duty of every citizen to keep it clean.
