Chennai: Atharv Karulkar (169 not out) smashed an unbeaten century, but Tamilnadu pocketed three points against Baroda in the Cooch Behar Trophy (Under-19) Elite Group A match at the TNCA Academy in Theni.
The home side was awarded three points on the basis of first innings lead. Continuing its overnight score of 173 for two, Baroda added another 211 runs to its second innings total. Atharv and Shashwat Rawat (88) had a 201-run, third wicket stand, but their team had to settle for a solitary point.
