Following a spate actors falling prey to hacking by cyber-criminals, the recent one to join the list is Megha Akash who recently featured in the Rajinikanth film Petta.
The Vantha Rajavaathaan Varuven actress Megha Akash’s Instagram account, which has over 690k followers, has been taken over by hackers.
Profile details and display picture of her account have been modified by the hackers to sensual pictures of a Russian DJ Damla Ekmekçioglu. Her profile name too has been changed to Damla Ekmekçioglu.
Meanwhile, the actress took to Twitter account to send out a message confirming that her account had been hacked. She requested everyone to ignore all kinds of messages that were coming out. The message is read as “Instagram hacked! Kindly please ignore all the messages and random things! My backend team working on it… will retrieve it asap… Thank you????????????”
Now it is clear that Megha’s Twitter and Facebook accounts are intact as there are no recent posts on them. This is not the first time an actress has been a victim of cyber-crime. Recently, Amy Jackson, Akshara Haasan and Hansika have been affected.
Hansika account hackers leaked private photos of the actress, which went viral on social media.
