PMK leader Pongalur Manigandan quits party

Chennai: PMK’s State vice president Pongalur Manigandan has announced resigning from the party.

Explaining about his decision, Manigandan said he was shocked by PMK’s ‘sudden’ alliance with AIADMK.

“I took part in the election campaign of the AIADMK-PMK alliance but people were completely against this coalition,” he said.
It may be noted that actor Ranjith who was also PMK’s State vice-president resigned recently and extended support to TTV Dhinakaran’s AMMK.
