Chennai: The city police arrested an auto driver from Keelkattalai for selling ganja.
Kannan (37) is a resident of Gandhi Nagar, Keelkattalai. Often while taking customers for rides, he initiated conversations and offered to sell them ganja.
After getting a tip off about his activities, the Madipakkam police stopped his auto yesterday and carried out a search. They found three kilograms of ganja hidden in the vehicle. Subsequently, Kannan was arrested and remanded in Puzhal prison.
