Hyderabad: After assuming the charge of the Union Minister of State for Home in Delhi last week, G Kishan Reddy arrived in Hyderabad yesterday for the first times. He was given a grand welcome by BJP leaders and workers.
Reddy was greeted by the State BJP president K Laxman and other leaders upon his arrival. Even as several party men cheered on, he left for the party office at Nampalli from the Begumpet airport in a rally.
Reddy had earlier served as president of BJP in the State and as the party’s floor leader in the Legislative Assembly. He was elected to the Lok Sabha from Secunderabad.
