Chennai: Global Achievers Foundation, part of Global School of Yoga, is conducting ‘Yogathon’ as part of the Yoga Day world record attempt. The record attempt will resemble a tree to emphasise the need to grow more trees.

The institution will also conduct Hatha yoga training classes (asanas, pranayamas, meditation, mudras, and bandhas) for yoga trainers and the general public on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am to noon.
Yoga experts in each specific field will teach techniques and will impart practical guidance on the subject, said a press release. The venue is Global School of Yoga, No 700, 28th Street, TNHB Colony, Korattur.
