Chennai: Arise ‘n’ Shine hosted Arise ‘n’ Shine Annual Conference Awards recently. The highlight was the ‘First ED Talks’, a panel discussion, with a focus on underlining the significance on ‘Emotional Intelligence In Education and Entrepreneurship’.
The session was a platform for edupreneurs, educationalists, life coaches, and educational leaders to discuss and share insight on the present educational system and devise ways to bridge the gap prevailing across educational systems in India.
The first panel focused on ‘Emotional Intelligence (EI) In Education’ and second panel on ‘Journey as an Edupreneurâ,’ which had insight from thriving edupreneur.
Muthuselvi, center director, MyBeeClub Avadi, Prashanth Kumar, center director, Arise ‘n’ Shine Mugappair, and Sarika Mani, center director, MyBeeClub Puraswalkam took part. The key takeaway was how to apply emotional intelligence and human engineering for business success. The whole idea behind this discussion was to empower edupreneurs with practical and meaningful ways of reaching out and touching the lives of the students in their community and create a student centric culture.
