Chennai: Coworking space provider, 315 Work Avenue, has announced that it has been recognised as the ‘Best Emerging Coworking Enterprise Office Brand’ at an awards function held in the city, recently.
The award was presented by actor Kunal Raj Kapoor at the event which saw participation from entrepreneurs from varied sectors such as from hospitality to health, real estate to education, as well as startups, said a release.
Chairman of 315 Work Avenue, Manas Mehrotra, speaking about receiving the accolade at Times Business Awards 2019, said, ‘The award reflects our commitment in setting high standards for exceptional workspace and service excellence to every client who steps into our spaces, thus enhancing productivity of its varied clientele. The release stated that 315 Work Avenue now plans to ramp up its total portfolio to one million sq ft in the next year, with a focus on south and west India. As part of its investment plan of around Rs 100 crore announced recently, 315 Work Avenue aims to bolster its network across Bangalore and expand to other cities such as Hyderabad, Pune and Mumbai.
