DMK moves calling attention motion in Assembly on NEET admission

Chennai: The Opposition party in the Tamilnadu Assembly, the DMK, brought a calling attention motion in the House today regarding the application of other State candidates for admission to medical colleges.

It was reported today that 218 students from other States had applied for admission to Tamilnadu medical colleges under the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test.

Raising the issue in the Assembly today, the DMK today brought a calling attention motion on the issue.

Parties in the State have already been championing the cause of exemption from NEET for Tamilnadu students.
