TN Deputy CM takes part in launch of RMK Chola Gardens

Chennai: “The State Government will soon introduce the Single Window System for giving various clearances to the construction projects in Tamil Nadu. This will go a long way in accelerating the growth of the real estate and construction industry in the State,” said the Deputy Chief Minister of Tamilnadu recently, Panneerselvam.

He was talking at the launch function of the Club House of RMK Chola Gardens. According to a press release, RMK Chola Gardens is Thiruverkadu’s first gated community with 768 apartments. The township is located on a 13.5-acre land. The newly-inaugurated club house has a 400-seater party hall, beauty parlours for men and women exclusively, gymnasium, indoor games and recreation hall, space for a supermarket. The Club House occupies a built-up area of 20,000 sq.ft.

Talking about RMK Chola Gardens, founder-Chairman, RMK Group, RS Munirathinam said, “With RMK Chola Gardens, we have strived to create a modern, luxury infrastructure best suited for residential, and social needs of the people of Chennai.”
