Beauty and wellness brands, YLG recently bagged the CII Award for customer obsession – level one for engaging in active consumer communication. According to a press release, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Award for Customer Obsession was created to promote the customer obsession culture in India. CEO and Co-founder, YLG Salons, Rahul Bhalchandra received the award in Delhi.
Receiving the award and expressing his gratitude, Rahul said, “Customer obsession is the core mantra of YLG, and it is a pleasure to be honoured with this title. We owe this achievement to our customers, who have showered their love and appreciation upon us throughout our journey and certainly will continue to do so in the future.”
