MG Motor commences production in India

Chennai: MG Motor India has commenced the commercial production of the much-awaited Hector Plus. Manufactured at its Halol plant, Hector Plus was first showcased at Auto Expo 2020 and will go on sale in July 2020.

According to a press release, Hector Plus differentiates itself from the first internet car in India, Hector, with captain seats in the middle row, thereby offering best-in-class comfort to the passengers. A third row has also been added to suit the family needs.

Manish Manek, chief plant officer, MG Motor India, said, “Hector Plus is aimed at addressing specific family needs with captain seats in the middle row and a third row for teenagers”.
