Plus Two results in first week of July: Minister

Chennai: Tamilnadu School Education Minister K A Sengottaiyan today said that the plus two board exam results will be announced in the first week of July.

Speaking to mediapersons, he said, ” Printing of school books have been delayed due to corona.”

“The books will get ready by the end of this month. We will think about distribution of the books later,” he said.

He also said that measures are being taken to reduce the Syllabus.”Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami will take a decision on cancellation of term exams,” he said.

Tamilnadu School Education department on Wednesday said that class 12 students who did not write the Chemistry, Maths, Accounts, Geography board exams will be given another chance to take it up.

The department said that students need to give willingness letter to write the
exam to their respective school headmaster before 24 June.
