School syllabus reduced by 40%, says Minister

Chennai: Tamilnadu School Education Minister K A Sengottaiyan today said that the syllabus has been reduced by 40 per cent.

Speaking to mediapersons at Gobichettipalayam, he said that 90 per cent questions in NEET were asked from State board syllabus.

‘We will create a syllabus which will help our students to take up any type of competitive exams. Several changes will be made in the sports department after the pandemic is over,’ he said.

He further said that students’ doubts will be cleared in Kalvi Tholaikatchi for six hours every Saturday.
