No discrimination please, Prince of Arcot tells Stalin

Chennai: In his congratulatory message to the newly installed first-time Chief Minister of Tamilnadu, M K Stalin and his Cabinet colleagues, who were sworn in by the Governor of Tamilnadu, Banwarilal Purohit, Friday, the Prince of Arcot, Nawab Mohammed Abdul Ali, extended his warm greetings over their taking charge as the new government of the State.

The Prince of Arcot said that Stalin and his democratic party, DMK have achieved spectacular success to form a secular government, in the State of Tamilnadu.

The Prince of Arcot urged the Chief Minister to keep secularism on the top of his agenda. He expressed hope that the DMK government which has been formed will not adversely discriminate against any religion with respect to employment, education etc;

The State is confident that the government, under the Chief Minister’s able and dynamic guidance will defend and protect the minorities, religious, linguistic or any other, he added.
