‘Yoga brings together physical, mental wellness’

Chennai:  ‘Yoga brings together physical and mental disciplines that may help to achieve peacefulness of body and mind,’ said Rama Shankar of Isha Foundation.

Speaking at the Yoga workshop and live online session organised by Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences as part of Yoga Day, she said Yoga can help to relax and manage stress and anxiety.

The workshop and webinar was inaugurated by Dr N M Veeraiyan, founder and chancellor SIMATS. More than 5000 students and staffs participated in the live session.
