For kidney
An individual’s kidneys are very important for survival. There are several functions conducted by the kidneys. While the most important task of the kidneys is to filter the waste out of the blood and balance the salt and water levels, they also regulate electrolytes which is important for muscles and nerve functions. Therefore, it is very important to keep your kidneys in good shape to avoid major health issues.
According to Dr Sakshi Jain, senior nephrologist, NephroPlus, ‘it becomes very important for patients with kidney diseases, to take appropriate measures to prevent hematologic and cardiac problems. Following a healthy life choice consistently will increase the quality of life in the long run.’
