Nirbhaya case: Tihar jail supplies all documents to convicts’ lawyer

The Delhi Police today told a Delhi court that the Tihar jail authorities have supplied all the relevant documents sought by the lawyer of the death row convicts in the 2012 Nirbhaya gang rape and murder case. Editorial: No more delays

Now that the President has rejected the mercy plea and a Delhi court issued fresh death warrants for 1 February, 6 am against the four convicts in the Nirbhaya gang rape and murder case, there will hopefully be no more delays in serving the sentence on them.
