Speaking after inaugurating Tertiary Treatment Reverse Osmosis (TTRO) Plant at Kodungaiyur here, he said the ground water level has considerably increased now after the recent rains. The sewage treatment plant has been constructed at a cost of Rs 348 crore and is expected to treat 45 million litres of water everyday.
